Position Summary

The Customer Success Intern at SymphonyOS will be a key member of our customer support team. You will assist users with inquiries, gain in-depth knowledge of our product, and facilitate communication between customers and our development team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop expertise in digital marketing tools and customer success within a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of SymphonyOS features to assist users effectively and provide valuable insights.
  • Feedback Relay: Serve as a liaison between customers and the tech team, conveying user feedback and participating in problem-solving discussions.
  • Educational Outreach: Educate users on best practices and tips for maximizing SymphonyOS's benefits through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with the customer service and development teams to enhance product functionality and user satisfaction.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and music, with a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Compensation
  • The hourly rate range for this position starts at $20 / hour, and may be higher depending on experience.
  • For college students, internship credit is available and preferred.
